Meet Bec and Ian.
Ian has spent over a decade building and refining business models that actually work — compact, clean, and repeatable systems designed to run without the owner holding everything together. His background is in dog training, where he built Bondi Behaviourist into one of the most recognised dog training services in the country. But what Ian became known for wasn't just the training — it was the model behind it. A business that could scale, retain clients, and operate consistently without chaos.
That expertise translates directly into what he builds for Mutley Pro clients across dog training, grooming, boarding, daycare, and other service-based industries. Ian designs the systems — the automations, pipelines, client journeys, and operational workflows — that turn a busy, reactive business into something structured and scalable. When he builds with you, you don't just get a platform. You get a business model that's been tested, proven, and built to repeat.
Rebecca has spent over 10 years building and scaling service businesses in the dog industry, with a deep specialisation in recurring revenue and subscription-based models. Her background is in daycare, overnight care, and grooming — specifically the luxury, high-touch, personalised end of the market where client relationships and service standards are everything. She founded Barc, a multi-award-winning luxury pet concierge service in Australia, and built it into a business that retained clients because of how it felt to be looked after, not just because of what it offered.
At Mutley Pro, Bec thrives in three areas: sales, systems, and client relationships. She works directly with business owners to build the offer structures, pricing models, and client journeys that create sustainable recurring income — and the sales confidence to back it up. She is equally in her element on the technology side, leading custom and complex platform builds for clients where the business requirements are specific, the stakes are high, and the solution needs to be built properly from the ground up.
